I didn't see my traditional turkey pot-pie and four bottles of Boonesfarm "wine" on your list. Thanks for reminding me.

Roast beef, with mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach, and some dinner rolls.
Spinach sucked, gravy sucked. The rest was really good.

We had a 21 lb standing rib roast; it was so big we couldn't even properly sear it before we put it in the oven (so we went with the really-high-heat-in-the-oven-in-the-beginning method). We also had about 10lbs of cod that my dad caught yesterday (ok, he caught half a dozen 25 lb cod but he gave most of the meat away) which we had seared and served over a porcini cream sauce, and not much else of serious note, all the side dishes etc. except that I decided to have a little fun with the cheeses and so in addition to the usual assortment of stinky french cheeses like fourme d'ambert and pont leveque, I got an armenian mozzerella-type cheese, (british) stilton, irish farmhouse, and a tibetan yak cheese.
Either way, we only had 9 people at dinner, and we finished about 3/4 of the rib roast which I think is pretty fucking impressive; usually you figure out 3/4 lb-1lb per person and remember all the cod we had too!!
Phew am I stuffed!!!!!!!

Hmm, seems like I'm in with the crowd this time. My sister made 2 pork loins (I'm not the biggest fan of pork, so I only ate a little), mashed 'taters, string beans, cauliflower and applesauce. She didn't go overboard this time like she did at Thanksgiving... Although she did make 7 different desserts...
Surprisingly, I only gained about 4 pounds...

I made my awesome chicken....Chicken cutlet rolled in mozzerella cheese, and breaded and cooked in white wine and some butter. It's very delish. We also had fillet mignon and pasta.
