And, yet, I'm fascinated at the same time.

Where do I begin? They moved in about 9 or 10 months ago. The wife is hammered by noon most days. She looks like she's been ridden hard and put away wet... SEVERAL times. And sounds like she gargles with gravel. Let's just say, we hear her raging. Alot.

Since they've moved in, the police have been to their house 4 times and the paramedics 2 times. That skid knows of.

Today was AWFUL!

Around noon, skid poured himself a cup of coffee and headed out to his porch/deck for a smoke . He wasn't out there for more than 30 seconds when he sees the wife bound out of the house, with a bloodied face. She comes up to him and yells, "Call 911!" He does. Great, now he's involved.

The cops come. One car at first. Then he calls for back-up for the husband and the paramedics. Three other cop cars arrive as well as the paramedics. Hubby's no where to be found (I was hoping they'd find him nekkid under a kiddie pool). Bloodied wife leaves with the paramedics.

Three hours later, she comes home (did I mention she wasn't wearing shoes?). An hour after that, hubby comes home, calls the cops, and says he's trying to get his things but can't and wants a police escort to get his things.

It's uneventful after that, but me and skid were watching every second through the blinds. Hell, we were headed out to dinner at his dad's house when we heard the husband call the police for a police escort. We put something into the car and went back in to enjoy the show.

I just had to vent. This whole experience just creeped me the fuck out.

People are crazy. Next time I hope the police show up with the COPS camera crew. Sounds perfect.

Thanks to Reefdwella for the great Sig Pic.

I'm sitting here laughing like an idiot over that one! Nice COPS reference!

I used to live under a trainwreck couple in Brooklyn. In a three year period I experienced (through the magic of non insulated ceilings) their courtship, their mating, their marriage, their disillusionment, their battles and their eventual divorce.

I feel for Skidmark.

I've been living in my house almost a year and a half. My next door neighbor, who's driveway is next to ours have never waved or looked up as they get into their cars. When we first moved in I would attempt to catch their attention to say hello and introduce myself. Nothing. We once heard a huge screaming fight in the middle of night but not much else. One day I'm in my garage on a ladder trying to reactivate the remote opener thing. I guess they didn't seen me. The Mom, teenager daughter and son were argueing while getting in the car. son - "ok already just shut the fuck up, I'll tell my f'ng girlfriend that I have to f'ng breakup with her because my f'ng mother and f'ng sister say she is a controlling f'ng slut now everyone just shut the f up' I almost fell off the ladder. It was the first time I had ever heard any of them open their mouths and in a crazy way they seem like a close family.

That's funny. We just moved where we are about 10 months ago. My neighbors are weird too. The woman who lives next door to us has a lot of cats.

when we lived on the 4th floor apt there were tenants on the 3rd, a mother and two sons. one son would come home drunk often and falling all over the place. one night the younger brother was supposedly snoring too loud so the older brother punched him in the face while he was sleeping. there was alot of yelling and rumbling after that. my dad sent my eldest brother down who was friends with the guy who did the punching to get him to calm down.

alcohol is almost always the common denominator...(sp?)

I chuckled at that reference too..

So, Fuzzy...

Please update!
I'm curious to know what happened. ( I even hope you are spending New Years Eve at Skid's, just so you might have another chapter to write about Crazy Bleeding Neighbor )

...No sig, yet... Sigh.

People in general have been getting ruder and ruder. I hate this family that lives next door to me, they are vindictive and filthy, Ive seriously though of setting their house on fire to rid myself of them. The father in the course of a week drinks enough beer to fill to overflowing a large garbage can. I wonder of you could have those dangerous people removed because you felt you were in physical danger? Like, if your landlord was responsible to provide you with a safe home if your paying him to rent you a home, isnt he obligated to provide a descent environment? If there was a fire hazard, I know they are suppose to remove it, right?

Nothing new to report. The husband's work truck is gone so he's probably at a friend's house. The house was eerily quiet and dark today.

They are such trash! She's always stumbling about, yelling at the top of her lungs at her husband, "You fucking asshole!" Weeks ago I was looking at the lunar eclipse. Stars filled the sky. All was quiet and still... until I heard her yell, "Get me my fucking lighter, you idiot!"

Like Chris Rock said about OJ, I certainly don't condone what the husband did, but I completely understand it.

The guy is a roofer and has a ton of vehicles, so he parks on his lawn. Nice. Oh, and he hires day laborers-- most of them are skeevy and are probably heroin addicts. So they're always hanging around waiting to get paid. I never used to worry about keeping my car unlocked until they moved in. skidmark's CD player was stolen from his truck a few weeks ago. He never, ever had a problem with theft in the four years he's lived there. That is, until THEY moved in.

We're hoping they finally get divorced and have to sell the house.

And whenever I see her stumbling about fucked up out of her mind, I'm always reminded of this. (http://poetry.rotten.com/spiral/)

Wow, that mug shot things scary. I have a cousin that has that kind of problem, and we only see her every few years at certian family get togethers, and its weird how that snapshot thing works. Its like each time you see her she gets more ragged and skeevie. Once, at a wedding where she decided to attend and she got sloshed, at the end of the night everyones kissing each other goodbye, and I go to kiss her and she turns her face and opens her mouth and tries to jab her tongue inside! I wanted to puke!
