how about it??? just have to find a place to do it (preferably in the NYC area). I know the WWE gives discounts to bars to order PPVs (one by my apt. in college did this and charged $3 a head to see it, $10 for WM)

yeah the blackout happened like 2 or 3 days ago. i fired off an angry email to the cablevision people. (for some reason when people write letters things get done) they have yet to write me back. if anyone knows a way to steal digital cable lemme know. all i heard was those filters work till they're done then once you remove them it sends all the information to the cable company anyway.

There are no descramblers for digital cable except for the one you've described. All it does is delay the charges.
