I need a haircut.

My hair grows like a weed. It's extremely thick, and it's a bitch to deal with in the morning.

Usually, when it gets to the Jason Priestley point, I cut it. However, I've been really busy with workj and other things, so it's really getting long. Currently, I resemble Matthew Modine in the movie "Gross Anatomy".

I've been debating cutting all of it off and going close-cut like the actor who plays "Chase" in 24.

Thoughts?

I think I've got the same deal as Matty. Insanely thick hair that turns into a monsrous Irish 'fro if I don't get it cut every 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, I waited about 7 until I got the haircut this past weekend. I think the poor barber lopped off a good 5 pounds of hair.

I need a haircut but I don't know what to get. It's been so long since I've actually had to worry about a style or maintenance. I've shaved my hair short on my own since high school. Every time I try to let it grow, it just annoys the hell out of me because I'm not used to it.

I wanted to change it up and get something new but I don't think its long enough to go crazy so I'm stuck in the middle.

So its either buzz it, trim it, or something new.

I've done the mohawk once or twice when I had a vacation in the past. It's ok around friends but the looks from strangers is too much.

I'll go to the barber and say do whatever you want and buzz it if it blows.

I've told barbers to do whatever they want before and they just give me a regular cut. Never anything different that what I would normally get. If you want some sort of drastic change or surprise, go to a hip salon and tell them to surprise you, it just might work.

i paid $40 for a good buzzer.
every 2 weeks, on goes the #2 clip and in 5 min, hair is cut.
economical and efficient.

just stop cutting it and see what kind of clusterfuck it turns into.
