N I C E!!
I saw a scene a few months ago that was great as well. It was Doc Ock on the operating table. The doctors realize they can't remove the tentacles from him and he freaks out, with the arms throwing people all over the place. Really cool!
Oh, and speaking of trailers...
Check out THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW (http://www.apple.com/trailers/fox/dayaftertomorrow)
It's one of those "it can happen" movies. Really freaky!

I just saw the Hulk. Worse than Daredevil. Hopefully S2 can reverse the trend. Punisher and Helboy look like shit. The new Batman looks good, but time will tell.
I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything, I wasn't there and if I was there I was asleep.
they need to get workin on the next x-men. that series has not failed me yet.
But this spiderman looks real good

The rumor is that "Spidey 3" WILL be Venom, and maybe Carnage! They were thinkin' of doin' the "Maximum Carnage" storyline from the early '90's and that it was going to be rated R.
"Punisher" looks stupid, but it should be better than that Dolf Lungren (sic) piece of crap!
I'm hoping that "F4" & "Ghost Rider" will be good.
I'm sure "X3" will be great. I just got the DVD of "X2" and will be watchin' it shortly!
As far as the rest of titles, I never read them much, so I can't comment. Although, I would love to see DC do a LOBO movie! I love that guy! Too bad his episodes in the "Superman" cartoon weren't that great.
Take it easy Clarky

Why do superheroes and their nemesis always end up fighting on rooftops?

because fighting in a phone boot is silly, and fighting in the closet is, well it's gay.
good point though - how about Spidey and Doc Oc fighting in Giants or Yankee Stadium?!!?!

Now THAT would be cool. Doc Oc gets into the baseball bin and starts hurling baseballs at Spidey.

damn hadnt thought of that - I was thinking more for the wide open vista where Spidey could be swinging, and Doc leaping from row to row - now add the baseball idea and spidey grabbing a bat too and we've got something alright!
besides after MIB 2 I think the whole subway thing is a bit played, though if they took a subway out of Manhattan, it could start on or above the train while underground, then continue aboveground...
and lead to Yankee Stadium!

What about Shea Stadium? Once you leave Manhattan, the entire ride through Queens is above ground. You could have them slug it out on top of the train till the get to the Stadium, plus you can have Doc Ock throw the World's Fair globe at Spidey too.

yumpin yimminy!
How come some heros and villians happen to have their abilitys in their names? Like Otto Octavius? Isnt it odd that a guy named Octavius ends up with 8 arms like an octopus? Cant wait to see it though. I see that if you look at the reflection in the movie poster on Spidermans eye, you see Doc Oct.

Because the names were created in the 1960's and no one cared.
And if you look at the poster for the first movie, the green goblin was in Spidey's eye.

it would be ironic that they fight at shea where peter and mary-jane symbolically get married. and i like the idea of having the fight spill over to the arthur ashe stadium as well. we need write our own comic book movie script get someone to fund it.

Ok, maybe I am a little too excited about Spiderman 2. gotta go, bye
"Excuse me, excuse me I believe you have my stapler"
Here's what I learned about Spiderman 2 when interning at Columbia Pictures this summer. I'll put it in white text to hide spoilers. There is nothing huge, but there are a couple of interesting plot points. Just warning though. I'm only judging looking at production photographs. I have no idea about the dialogue, I'm only gleaning information from photos. So here it is, highlite the text to see:[color=white]
Willem Dafoe makes an appearance in the film, in what I am guessing is a flashback sequence. It seems that OsCorp is financing the creation of Dr. Octupus's arms. The pics I saw showed Dafoe at Octavius's lab, apparently testing the arms. He was seen in very few pics, all at the lab, so that's why I think it's a flashback.
Harry Osborne is seen at Octavius's lab in what I think is a demonstration of the arms. It seems Harry is active in OsCorp, taking over for his father. And there is more than a little foreshadowing going on as well. He is seen in multiple pictures with bright green ties.
Either Peter Parker quits as Spiderman for a period or he loses his powers for a time. Some pictures suggest that he is getting back his bad eyesight. There are newspaper articles asking where Spiderman has gone.
Mary Jane becomes successful as an actress, headlining a play. She becomes engaged to some military guy.
J. Jonah Jameson seems to have a much larger role in this film, mostly as comic relief. I was laughing my ass off just at some of the pictures of him.[color=navy]
If I remeber anything else, I'll post it in this thread.

Is it just me, or is Mary Jane difficult to look at? She has this drugged up look about her eyes that makes my skin crawl.
