AT&T came through for me

I added mobile assist to my AT&T account about 6 months ago, and its like a dollar a month or whatever. Its a roadside assistance thing where if you need a tow or a jump or get locked out, they send a guy out to help you. I went to Walmart tonight after stopping at the gym and Im damp from my shower and had a light jacket in the car and I took off my heavy coat and put on the light one to run into the store (I was hot), but as I slammed the car, I realised my keys were in the heavy coat! So, Im calling everyone I know for help and no ones home, no ones cells on, whatever. So, I walk into the store and I go to the automotive area to see if they sell slim jims or whatever, but they dont. I ask for the local police departments # at the customer service area and I called them but they said they dont do that stuff. So, Im kinda contemplating smashing the window with a rock when I remember the AT&T thing and I call up. They said theyd send someone out and it'd be an hour. Ok, it ended up being 2 1/2 hrs, but it was free! I gave the guy a $10 tip for his trouble and got my freezing ass in the car and went home. Sweet!

It was cool seeing the guy use the tool he had, first he used this wedge to pry the top of the door away from the cars body, and he inserted this air bladder thing and pumped the edge gently away from the top of the roof. Then, he used this long bent rod with a bent end on it to fish around and pull the handle that opens the door! A coat hanger wouldnt have worked because the locks are not even on the door sill, they are down by the handle that opens the door. I had a duplicate key made and bought one of those magnetic boxes and stuck it under my car.
