Ron's point was simply that they were putting children in situations that were definately sexual and definately done through an adult perspective. I don't know how old they are (the kids), but they look really, really young, and it's a little creepy to know that child sexuality is being exploited for a music video - and it becomes a little hypocritical when we then turn around and get indignant and shocked and disgusted that Michael Jackson has sleep overs w/ little boys.

Ron's point was not that kids aren't sexual - nor was it even condimnation on people who get into the "barely legal" stuff - it's just when you do put in real children in real situations is wrong - and I'll repeat, especially when we have built up a society of mixed signals for kids.

Don't get me wrong - even if the song is too poppy, the video is a riot and "Mom" is a p.o.a., but I was shocked by their choice of the kids when I first saw it - it wouldn't have killed them to go just a little bit older for them, which tells me they knew what they were doing = going for shock.

I honestly think that Stacey's Mom video is too far...especially with the fact they are kids...it's cool when kids are ronnie and fezzie in a cartoon world..but not when they are symbolizing what they are...

The video would be okay if kids were the ones who made it, but it was produced by adults, and the people in the band looked as old at the rolling stones next to those kids.

One of my best friends in elementary school had a really hot mom - she was a former beauty pagent winner from the 1960s, and they had pictures of her all over the house, including some article or ad she appeared in that ran in TV Guide. My friend also had a smoking hot sister who was about 5 years older than us, and wow...wow...wow...she was a knockout.

The family moved away before my balls dropped, though.
