Ive been on hold for over 2 hours now

Im calling ATT Wireless to "Migrate" my service to the new GSM service. when I first called they said it would be up to 20 minutes, its now over 2 hours, my ears hurt from holding the phone to my ear for so long. ALL I want is for my nice new phone to be turned on, thats all, is that to much to ask?

So I finally got through, that is after calling back around 6:30 or so, I sat on hold for at least another hour, they activited but now the problem is I cant recieve phone calls! So back on hold with another department for god only knows how long

I never understood why MORE people don't have a speakerphone on there telephone for precisely this situation.

so now the prob is that I can make outgoing calls but cant get any incomming. All because I signed on w/ cingular, the cancelled at the last minute. They switched me back to ATT 100% and siad the latest Id have complete service was by noon today. Im still waiting.<p><p>On a side note Ive been fooling around and seeign what this phone can do, it really blows my mind as far as what this thing can do, I mean I have internet access, I can take pictures, add text, theres so many things on this phone I still have no idea about. This thing is more complicated than the bible

I used to have a really cool cordless phone. 2.4gHz, speakerphone, added a headset, etc. It's too bad I broke it years ago.
