Brace yourselves for this one-- I just loves a piping hot peach cobbler, fresh from the oven with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

Its a pie with a lot of mollasses and sugar covered in brown sugar, popular in Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania. I think it's called that because it's so sweet the flys always swarm around it.
