you can make all the jokes you want, but go to fuckin california, and you'll see that im right. ive never seen so many people smoke weed, and ive never seen so many people that lazy.
now what i said was a joke, but still is true. im alot less angry when im stoned, and so i think it would have some slight correlation to the lessing of violent crimes. remeber this isnt 25 lowest crime rates, its 25 safest towns. simi may have more crime than one not on the list. but thats becuase Simi has weed crime, and no ones getting killed.

last i checked, arresting 30 people for smoking weed is still a safer town than one that arrested 5 people for murder
