i love joss because he managed to create/write my two favorite shows ever in the history of the world (yeah, i know that other people wrote a lot of the episodes, etc). i feel like my life has been improved because of him. maybe that sounds dumb, but it's true.

And that's gotta hurt.

You write something you're proud of (say, the original Buffy movie) and then Donald Sutherland gets to rewrite all his lines because he's f-ing Donald Sutherland and he thinks he's a better writer than you?!?

I'd whine too.

At least Joss is at a point now where he's respected, and maybe he can start to get over the trauma of his early career, and just enjoy himself.

And then maybe Tru Calling will get cancelled, and Joss can make the Faith series he wants to make...

I'm not denying his talent. He is a very good writer, but he seems to feel the need to tell us at every possible opportunity not only how great of a writer he is but how 'The Man' keeps fucking him. Get a fucking set, bitch. Other people have found tremendous success by going around the studio system. If you don't like it do something about it. STOP FUCKING CRYING!!!!!.
