Yep, I'm 23 and I just got my first job and I started on Tuesday. I filled in for my friend a few times this summer, now she's moved on and got me the gig.

I'm the production assisiant for ESPN's Around the Horn working out of The Boston Globe. It's a pretty cool job, I love watching the show and now I'm part of it!

ESPN's production has come a long way since the last time I "worked" with them. They used to hire contractors and freelancers to do their camera work and sound on remotes. They came into our shop and acted like they ran the place. Pissed off our entire crew when they started walking through our shots with equipment.
