Applying to a union school/job

I have the skills needed already, but still i believe i need to go through this 3 year school before i can get the book. Anyway around this? Now I could just pay off some dude for the book, but i dont even know who the guy is to pay off, so thats a problem. Plus a minimum of $10,000 for the payoff would be a slight problem. At any rate, the stage im at now is requesting the school, and one of those college edjucated people will be reading this, so I dont wanna fuck it up too bad. Any tips on this writting shit? Also anyone thats gone through the process would help....letter-interview-school-book-job? Letter-school-book-interview-job?

unions are not what they once were save yourself the trouble get a buisness degree of some sort get a cushy office job and make an assload of money, just be prepared to kiss your bosses ass. that's the only good thing about a union job, no ass kissing.
