The butt- ugliest in music has to be, by far, Dave Wyndorf from Monster Magnet. He is the ugly to beat ugly. i used to see him all the time when i lived in Red Bank, and he was always with the HOTTEST chicks. Its a good thing he's a semi- rockstar.
