WWE on both Raw and SMackdown have been showing clips of past Wrestlemania's greatest moments and matches. There have been rumors it will be 5 hours. It will have Hulk Hogan back and maybe retire, the return of the Rock, The return of Mick Foley, the return of the deadman, the Undertaker, a Bret Hart goodbye speech. There have been rumored matches from Austin vs Goldberg to Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar. Everyone has come up with their own ideas as to what Wrestelmania should be. Should it honor it's past performances with a Legends match, should it pay video tributes to fallen superstars of years past. Is 5 hours too long? Will there be enough matches? WIll Vince ruin it by showcasing his family?

What is everyone's feeling on this. How important is Wrestlemania XX to the WWE? To wrestling itself? is it possible to live up to the hype?

Example look at the Matrix or the Star Wars prequels? Two of the most hyped trilogies of all time. Everyone cannot wait and mos tare dissapointed.

Is Wrestlemania about it's history and honoring the past while moving forward to the future or is it about Dream matches or ending the brand split. Or is it a combination of all or is it something else you are looking for out of Wrestlemania.

I have followed wrestling (WWF/WWE/WCW) since Wrestelmania 1 and this is totally off the charts. I just hope that somehow they can live up to the hype.

All I know is I'm looking for 2 tickets, up to the $200 ringside. If anyone has any spare, let me know.

5 hours is to long. make it 4 and take Big Show and Albert off the PPV. or if you do go 5 hours let guys like Tajiri/Mysterio/Benoit/Guererro/etc....wrestle long matches.

Yes, if someone has "spare" Wrestlemania XX tickets, tell me. I don't know how one gets "spare" tickets to the hugest wrestling event of the decade, but whatever.

I heard the extra hour is more for nostalgic purposes.

The simple answer is no, it can't.

Especially with the lineup that's been rumored.

Not unless it features the return of "Giant Gonzales".

it can't and it won't live up to it's so-called "hype". but all i know is i'll be there so I could give a fuck what they wanna do, as long as i'm somewhat entertained for 4-5 hours.
