I'm talking about lunch meats/cold cuts. I favor Baked Ham. My mom just started buying it and I love it compared to boiled ham. Boiled ham is fattier and doesnt have much of a flavor. Baked ham, on the other hand, is sweet, and I can have it any time of day... I just love it.

I could go for either. Most of the baked ham sold in stores around here is really nasty and dried, so the boiled makes for a tastier sammich. But nothing beats a few good, thick slices of honey-cured baked ham.

As far as deli meats are concerned I like to stick with the Thuman's boiled sliced very thin. A store baked pineapple and cherry glazed ham is a close second though.

I like my swine raised on chestnuts before being de-limbed in an abattoir in the Parma region of Italy and being exposed to air, salt and nothing else.
I voted Neither, as Prosciutto di Parma is neither baked nor boiled, but cured.
