If I am ever standing up for an extended period of time, say anything more than 15 seconds, I have to find somewhere to disperse my body weight. Whether it be a nearby wall to lean against, a table to place a hand on, or a shoulder to throw an arm around, I have to do it. And forget about bending down or crouching. If I ever have to hunker down to do something, I'll either try and get next to a wall so I can prop myself up with my head, or I am the sittingest motherfucker in the room. There will be no back strain for me, thank you very much.
