She was that hot chick that was helping Josh Matthews on Sunday Night Heat. Should she be familar? I have no idea.

I think she's an actress. She's been hosting Afterburn for a while and has hosted the last two Heat's before pay-per-views. She's pretty hot.

Thanks Rob.

I haven't seen Afterburn cuz I don't think it is available in NY or maybe it is. I also have not see Sunday Night Heat until last Sunday so I had no idea who she was. I thought she might have been a wrestling valet or manager somewhere else.

The last time they had an "actress" on Heat, it was that Rebecca chick, and we all know how long THAT lasted.

Shane's wife is hot, and she's richer than he is. She gets a pass.

Rue's a singer. She was one of the girls in the group "Boy Krazy", which, some of you may remember, were famous for about 3.45 seconds a decade or so ago.

She's pretty much just there for the hot chick factor.

She sang God Bless America before smackdown at the Meadowlands last week. SO she's pretty much the Smackdown Lillian Garcia.

And yes, Shane's wife is disturbingly adorable, but she is hyper as hell.

Um, maybe because being constantly on the road while six months pregnant is not exactly the best thing?

Rue Baby
by Michael Chiappetta

It is the winter of 1993. In the world of WWE, RAW is a fledging program on the USA Network; Bret Hart is the WWE Heavyweight Champion; and a young charismatic Superstar named Shawn Michaels holds the Intercontinental title. The northeastern United States is digging out from the "Blizzard of '93," which dumped as much as 26 inches in New Jersey. In world news, a bomb goes off below the North tower of the World Trade Center, killing six and injuring around 1,000 people. And in the world of music, there is a new No. 1 song. After 14 weeks, Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" is bounced from the charts.
The trio who've displaced Houston is a U.K.-based girl group called Boy Krazy. Their youngest member, Ruthann DeBona, is a New Jersey native. Although just a teenager, she is an entertainment veteran, singing and dancing for years and even winning the teen vocalist competition on Star Search. After dreaming of success and superstardom for years, she has achieved it. Her song, "That's What Love Can Do," is the No. 1 song in the country.

Fast-forward 10 years. The world is a far different place. SmackDown! has joined RAW on the sports-entertainment landscape. Hart is out of the sport, though Michaels is still a top heavyweight contender. The World Trade Center no longer stands after the horrific events of 9/11. And Boy Krazy is long gone.

Times change and people are forced to adapt. So what does a pop star do after disappearing from the limelight? If you're Ruthann "Rue" DeBona, you continue chasing superstardom.

Ten years after her initial brush with fame, Rue has engineered what she hopes is the next big break in her career. She recently signed with WWE to co-host AfterBurn, a syndicated program which highlights the SmackDown! Superstars and storylines.

To find out more about Rue, pick up a copy of the December issue of Raw Magazine on-sale now.

still never heard of her. all those things happened during my second semester of college. Dream Theater had a hit, Ozzy released Perry Mason, but I still have no memory of Boy Krazy.
