I've been looking for some information about an individual that i've recently heard a story about. i've looked and looked but as of yet, have been coming up empty. If anyone could possibly help me find out anything, it would be highly appreciated.
Heres what i've been told so far:
The guy committed a bunch of murders and has something like 20 life sentences on him. i don't know where the crimes happened, though.
He's somewhere in FL, hiding out, supposedly.
He's got 3 kids, and is divorced.
The last name is Cowley(?).
The first name is a variation of James.

Thats all i really know right now, if anyone can help me find anything i'd be appreciative. i don't remember hearing anything about anyone like this, and haven't found anything yet. i want to find out if this is true information that i have been given.

Thanks for trying, but he's not the guy. I think the guy i'm thinking about was predominatly around the NJ area.

i've looked through as much of the FBI and law enforcement sites as i could get to, and even went through most of Internet Crime Archives, and have come up empty. Any ideas? Anyone?

If he was sentenced find out in what county it was in. Those files are public record and you could just find out over the phone. If hes not in prison then you probably wont be able to find anything about him.
