Correct me if I'm wrong, but these exercise programs are so much more batch oriented than they were in the '80s. I mean, if I batched to some chick working out in the '80s, I felt like a sloth and a perv.

But nowadays, the way these things are produced, they have these gratuitous ass shots that can't possibly serve any instructional purpose. Take a look at Denise Austin. She's Miss Goody Two Shoes, but if you have seen the show recently, you will see they have these occasional close ups of her sweet little ass, and they will hold the shot for awhile. It's like they're saying, "go ahead, it's OK to batch."
