Hey everyone, M”tley Cre's MUSIC TO CRASH YOUR CAR TO, VOLUME 1 is out. It's truly a Cre orgy. :) This set includes every track from the band's first four albums plus demos, live recordings and alternate mixes spanning from 1981-1987. This set has sum crazy ass packaging..faux iguana skin to be exact. This collection also includes a 60-page booklet with essays and rare and revealing photos :) from the Cre vault. This box set is a collection of a collection in a sense. It's part of a 4 box set series and this one is just the start. According to sources the series will continue in 2004 with the next four-CD volumes of the chronologically-arranged 16-CD set that tells the story of the band to date. The reasoning behind this according to Sixx was so that this was accessible to fans. So, instead of making one huge mega collection they broke it up into separate volumes so that the fans can afford it. More bang than bucks in a sense and it does keep me banging... I'm really loving this set and would highly recommend it.anyone else get this box set yet?

Volume 1! VOLUME 1!

What the fuck? I mean, I love M”tley but how much more money do they freaking need. Three Greatest Hits compilations, a few recently released live albums and AND a rarities disc and not to mention the rarities at the tail end of the remasters. The Cre had two great albums and the rest of everything else was big overproduced tripe. I know it and most of the fan's who weren't busy doing coke off of their buddies leopard print pants know it. Yeah they were big but come on already.

They can't even get a tour together for a reuinion because Mick Mars is in bad health. Traci Guns is playing his role at gigs now.

Also, how tasteless for a CD title because of the death of Hanoi Rocks drummer Razzle at the hands of a drunken Vince Neil.

Not that I shouldn't already be embarrassed at my love and collection of Glam Metal and my Metal Edge posters flooding my walls but this just makes it even more embarrassing. Geez!

Yes, Lamb of God is that good. As the Palces Burn is the metal record of the last 10 years!

To know about the Giggleloop, is to become part of the Giggleloop

I'm not a big fan but it's easy to see there would be no reason to buy any other part of this "Set". The several decent tunes they ever made are all on these discs.

The song titles repeat. And this happens on all four discs.
