Did you all catch that episode of Family Guy called 'When you Wish upon a Weinstein" on Sunday night?

I was REALLY expecting more.

And I have NO IDEA why it couldn't be shown by FOX, the Shock Network. They played Married with Children for like 10 years, but they couldn't play a Family Guy with some Jew jokes? And there wasn't really any offensive shit.

It might have just been another funny episode, but with all the build up the commercials gave it you'd have thought they were going to do a half hour about how the Holocaust was fake.

I've been more shocked by South Park, and they never stopped an episode.

I recently bought Season 3 on DVD so I watched the episode cause it's included on there. I also watched it again this Sunday. I thought it was funny, but not "too shocking" for Fox to air. I have a theory as to why it wasn't aired by Fox, but I'm way to lazy to explain it. Anyway, it was a good episode, I absolutly love that show.

It's funny how pissy Ben Stein got with O&A, but then had NO problem being on this episode of "Family Guy".

I really dig this show, but I thought this "lost" episode was really not very good. It had a few moments, but every time it came back to Peter it was just weak. Not worth the build up.

On the Commentary on the DVD, the guys said they got letters from several Rabbis that said it was OK cause Peter learned his lesson in the end...i thought it was okay, but still there was really no reason for it to be banned. If it was so bad, then how the heck did it reach the phase of actually being animated and printed without someone saying anything?

BTW I thought it was funnier when Stewie called Meg a "stubby little Mare"...him and Brian made that show IMO

I laughed harder at that episode last night where the Bitish take over the Drunken Clam then I did at any point of that Weinstein episode.
