its a recipe my mom uses rice spinach and cheddar cheese topped off with bread crumbs. its good believe me!! there's none left.

2 cups of cooked rice
1 lbs of raw spinach
4 eggs
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese

Chop spinach in a food proccesor, mix in with cooked rice, add 4 eggs and cheddar cheese (MIX WELL) top off with bread crumbs and bake for approx 40 minutes at 350-375. or untill desired cookness??!! enjoy
