The Gourmet Butcher Block website is gone (it was http://www.thebutcherblock.com) but here's a site with the phone number for the GBB plus other places to buy a turducken.

so i had my heart broken today. i sort of ordered a 5 lb turducken breast this afternoon. $35 for it, who much could shipping be? $44!!! i can't pay $80 for 5 lbs of meat and stuffing, no matter how delicious. too many people to buy gifts for this season.

so who wants to start the north-east's first turducken outlet? averge i've seen is $65/ 15 lb bird(s). sold from just before thanksgiving until the super bowl. i have a plan, who wants in?

Dude, shop around. Or see if there's other shipping options. It sounds like you were getting it ultra-overnighted.

My plan is to get a small turducken and try it with Thanksgiving.

i did, but the problem is in the fact that they do 2 day delivery or overnight, and because it's parishable makes it more expensive.

my backup plan is to get a bunch of guys to throw in on a whole turducken for the superbowl and everyone would offset the shipping.

Comic Book Guy: Oh yeah, then everyone's REAL happy then.
Lady: Do I detect a note of sarcasm?
Frink: (reading sarcasm detector) Are you kidding me, this baby's off the charts, mmhay!
Comic Book Guy: Ooh, a sarcasm detector, well that's a REAL useful invention.

Uhh, have you ever actually ordered perishable food from somewhere before?
It actually that sounds pretty reasonable for an item that probably needs to be shipped overnight or at the most second-day air. You can't just UPS ground ship frozen food. At I'm sure they won't.

My suggestion would be to make your own. You can find step by step instructions on several sites on the web. Deboning fowl isn't as hard as you think it might be, as long as you have a really sharp knife. Getting all the meat for it is still going to be on the expensive side, but on the upside for the $35 you were going to spend on a 5 lb breast you could probably buy a 15lb turkey and the duck and chicken to stuff it with.
