Oh, how I miss those days. The many wigs of Roger McDowell, the many bandanas of Dan Cortese, Snoop Dogg's complete unathletic prowess, Ken Ober and Steve Albert's edge of the seat play by play, inspired fan signs like, "I want a slice of Piazza". Ahhhh, humanity! When will I be able to see someone hit a plastic pig in the outfield for a grand slam? Will anyone ever again break out the 8-ball at a clutch moment? I truly hope so.
