ok, that explains why it sucked so much. What the hell was the speak and spell saying?

I think it's spelling Limp Bizkit, I definitely hear it spelling L I M and then something else. I'm listening to the original right now...no comparison at all.

I also think it's a horrible rip off the speak and spell use in a song that Radiohead did much better on the song "Fitter Happier" on the OK Computer album.

How long before one-of-em covers the Moody Blues' "Ride My See Saw" complete with that bullshit "...Breathe deep the gathering gloom..." sophomore rap at the beginning.
No, wait, maybe it was "The Story In Your Eyes"...
(forgive me, I'm trying to remember and not remember at the same time)

The speak-and-spell part is the only good part of the song, because its vocals are more poignant and confident than Fred's are. Ugh... This whole obsession with performing "be depressed and kill yourself (despite having millions of dollars in the bank)" songs that frat guys can sing along to has to end. As if Durst catapulting a shit factory like Staind to the top wasn't bad enough, now we have this horseshit.

I wish I had seen this earlier in the week....or if the program went back about a week.
I was driving home Tuesday nigt around 5:30pm and my buddy calls me laughing hysterically. He was listening to Cane's show on KRock & apparently he had someone in the studio doind a live version of a song that rips a lot of the popular bands that are out right now. He asked me if I heard it (I had a CD in), or if I knew who it was (the performer was doing a live show somewhere in NYC that night, but my bud couldn't remember where)...but I have no idea what he's talking about.
Did anyone hear this or have any clue who this was? It's been driving me nuts all week.

No, wait, maybe it was "The Story In Your Eyes"...from what i can gather online, it's "late lament"... but i've always heard it played at the end of "nights in white satin". good song, by the way.
oh yeah, and limp bizkit sucks ass.
