It might have helped if you explained what was supposed to go in your proposed forum, but even if you had, I'm pretty sure that my answer would still be "no".

I wish there was a forum for technical help, such as computer help and other electronics. A lot of times there's good info given, even help I given to others and then I want to go back to that info and I forget which forum it's in. Aside from that though, I have no idea what the "soul patrol" forum would be.
