I've been a Bengals fan for nearly 30 years, and this past off-season they renewed my faith by hiring Marvin Lewis to be their new head coach. The changes he's made are already apparent, and I have no doubt in my mind that next year they will be a playoff team. After today they're 3-4, but could very easily be 5-2.
Man, it feels good to be rooting for a team with some promise for a change.

I predicted 7 - 9 at the beginning of the saeson cause I am not expecting playoffs automatically. Who knows though with the unpredictability of the season so far.
Albeit I only get to see highlights I am pretty satisfied so far this year with Marvin Lewis and how he is really pushing the team. I am looing really forward to when Carson Palmer finally gets unleashed. Kitna is doing great so far this season.

I don't think they will pass MY RAVENS. I can't root against Marvin Lewis though, so I wish you guys luck. I hope MY RAVENS are able to beat the Bengals the next time they play because there's a good chance that the two teams will both finish 8-8 and STILL be on top of the division.
Wow the Bengals are almost .500! Looks like Rudi Johnson might be the man there now.

Just saw NFL Live.
Bryan Cox is picking the Bengals as his upset special. He also says the Jets blow.
Not that any of this means anything.
If I was still in the survivor pool I'd go with the Bengals just for giggles.

looks like the bungles will make the playoffs because Boller got injured and MY RAVENS only have Redman and Wright at QB. I think the Bengals win the division at 8-8 now.
The 1972 Dolphins will be very happy in 12 minutes.

Cadillac said (as of now) that he'll be back on the plains next year. But who knows, especially if there's a regime change.

As a die hard Bengals fan from NY, today is looking like my redemption.
I flew out to Cincy for the home opener last year. We went to the bar on Saturday night and got our ids checked. When they saw NY they asked what we were doing out there. We said "we are here for the bengals" and they laughed and said "no really, why are you here"? When we told them we really flew out to see the Bengals they felt so sorry for us they gave us free drinks all night.
Oh yeah, first post so hi all. I have been here forever, but it was not till I saw a pro-Benglas pots that I decided to come out of hiding.
They're in victory formation.

At 5-5 we're sitting atop the AFC North, and there's rejoicing in Bengal land once again.
I take back all the awful things I said about Kitna last year.
