Okay so maybe this was to further the Guerreros angle but why should they be holding the WWE Smackdown Tag Titles? Shouldn't it be some team like the World's Greatest Tag Team (although it was Heyman's first managerial duty)? Are they really over with the crowd? Does anyone care about them? Ugh WWE.
PS: And yes, I know they are really the only other legit tag team besides WGTT and APA on WWE Smackdown!.

They're not that over.
I'm not sure why they were made champs. It sort of annoys me, though, as part of the excuse for having Eddie lose the U.S. title this past Sunday was that he was still tag champ. And well......
This had better not lead to an Eddie / Chavo feud. Eddie's wasted too much time in the midcard as is.

They're not that over.Definitely not. And Linda Miles... she's sexy and gives those two guys "orgasmic pleasure"? Who's gonna buy that?

And well......I know right! He loses to T.B.S. and now the Bashams! What the fuck! Eddy should get a Smackdown World Title run for this nonsense!
This had better not lead to an Eddie / Chavo feud. Eddie's wasted too much time in the midcard as is. He is wasted... too much and he is noo longer a mid carder... he deserves the World Title or a shot once again.
It looks like it will lead up to an Eddie/Chavo angle... how awful!

Eddie vs. Chavo will suck. Nobody cares about Chavo and he only gets a crowd reaction because he was tagging with Eddie.
I read that the WWE plans to push Eddie to Smackdown! main event. I'll believe it when I see it.

I read that the WWE plans to push Eddie to Smackdown! main event. I'll believe it when I see it. If that is true, thank God.
But like you, I have to see it first before I believe it.

Well, I mean, they're not hacks. Doug Basham is quite a good wrestler, actually. They're just boring - they have a weak gimmick and they've done nothing to establish their personalities.
I DESPERATELY want Eddie to break out and be pushed to main event status, but the cynic in me doubts it will ever happen, despite the fact that he's (arguably) the most over man on the Smackdown roster.

Se7en has pretty much hit it on the head with the Bashams.
Part of me wants to like this team, but I'm just not too thrilled when they come to a match. They do show a little Demolition-like attitude at times, and that has to be a good thing. That might be a deliberate effort on their part. They definitely came up a little too quickly or without much chance to develop their characters and presence. I'd like to see them step up and become another strong tag team, especially when there seems a lack of focus on the teams now.
I would rather have seen the Guerreros fight off any and all heel teams for a while than this. I would definitely like to see Eddie get the top title. Tonight's Smackdown was good in that sense. Eddie had a long time with the crowd and even when it seemed they were getting bored, he got them back again. I'd like to see Eddie gradually built into a top contender, to make a victory all the more satisfying.

Now I'm starving
I'm about to turn it up a notch!
