Scooby Doo wasn't based on a movie. And I loved the Ghostbusters cartoon growing up.

I'm gonna have to go with Batman..the original cartoon, not this new one with all the future stuff...
If I cry for myself, who the hell is going to cry for you?~
If a donut could talk, it would say "Hey, I'm a donut, stop eating me!!! OUCH, that hurts, I said stop it!!!"

Technically Batman: TAS and Batman Beyond are both based from a comic, not a movie.

Anybody remember that cartoon that had Wayne Gretzky, Michael Jordan and Bo Jackson? I think it was called "Superstars" or something.

Definitely not Clerks so The Real Ghostbusters it is(remember there were 2 series named Ghostbusters in the 80's). The Real Ghostbusters lasted seven seasons and spawned 2 spinoff series, Slimer! and Extreme Ghostbusters. The show got their own prime time special in 1989 called "The Halloween Door".

believe it or not back in the early 80's there was a blues brothers cartoon that lasted one season and they would have big songs done by really crappy artists.

I really can't think of any maybe it's late or maybe an earlyer post was right there aren't too many movies turned into cartoons but what about the cartoons where they take off from either a live action tv show or a move where they ruin the premise of the original movie
