That picture is taken from Foul Magazine. It's a free, low-budget videogame magazine based out of the store "Multimedia 1.0" in St. Mark's Place in the Village. About 6 months ago, they managed to interview him for their magazine, and it turned out to be a pretty funny 3 or 4 pages, filled with more pictures of the kind.
