1wrestling.com is reporting that Heyman is backstage at Smackdown and will be the new Smackdown GM. i hope so....maybe we can get back to the Smackdown we had just a few months ago. i just love his promos, so i'm so psyched. hopefully they let him push his ideas...though that may be asking to much.

He would be awesome in that role, much better than Stephanie. He should trade for RVD and get him in the main events, Smackdown! needs someone new to face Brock.

Just as I was about to swear off Smackdown as well, they pull me back in!

As joint said, it'd be nice if Paul E. had more of a hand in the storyline ideas, but that'd probably be too much to hope for. In any case, less Steph (for now) is more gooder.

Guess I'll be back on the bandwagon next week, though...because, in my humble opinion: Heyman=ratings!

oh i guess i'll watch again. It got really bad the last few weeks because it was probably the first time since smackdown started that I made no effort to see any part of it. I literally did not see a second of the show and i was sitting in front of my tv all night. That's pretty bad for me after 13 years of being an avid fan. Heyman does equal the goods, so I guess Smackdown is "might see tv" again at least
