Wax Lips, worst candy ever?

I was priviledged to "enjoy" wax lips for the first time tonight. It's literally like munching on a candle. Who was the dumbass who invented this crap? I'm guessing Mengele. Not only do you get the delicious flavor of <i>wax</i>, but you also get the craptastic tasteplosion of bad gum. I've seen others profess their hatred for other bad candies, but wax lips has got to top the list.

I'm a big fan of wax candy. My only problem was that it lasted for maybe 20 seconds whereafter I would dispose of it. They are not meant to have the longevity or texture of gum. I would mostly buy this candy in a vile form opposed to the "lips". Green was my favorite flavor.
