BRUCE KULICK WOUNDED

Grand Funk's guitarist, Bruce Kulick, was wounded last night while leaving a club in Hollywood. Bruce was headed to his car when the shooting started and was the apparent victim of a random shooting. He was wounded in one leg, just above the knee, by a bullet which passed through cleanly and by another bullet which grazed his head.

At this point, there appear to be no permanent injuries to Bruce, and he expects to make a full recovery. And, he is very thankful to be alive.

There are no changes expected in Grand Funk's plans, and touring will continue as planned previously.

Let's all send good thoughts to Bruce so he can heal quickly!

Holy shit. I really hope that he'll be OK. I've been a big fan of him for a long time. As a diehard Kiss fan, I always thought he got a raw deal during the whole reunion thing. I'll be praying for him.

Last I heard he went the way of Marc "Marcie" Free from King Kobra. He/She is wearing a dress and not doing any "shooting" of his own anymore.

Yeah, I'm a big KISS fan... and my boyfriend is in Digger Phelps (track 9). And his drummer is in Frankenstein 3000.

Gene Simmons now owns the rights to guns because a member of Kiss was shot with one. Any time you use the word, picture or weapon, you must pay royalties to Gene.
