What's with these athletes? A Nebraska player got caught on video punching out a Missouri fan after the game on Saturday. All hell has broken lose. Check out the article and video. (Real Player or Windows Media Player)

Oh c'mon Aggie, that doesnt even look intentional. He was running off the field and that dude more then likely stepped infront of him. At the worst the player saw him at the last second and put his shoulder into him. Why these fans are allowed to storm the field in the first place is beyond me.

Watch it again. I thought that at first too, but watch the Nebraska players right hand, he definitely hits him on purpose. It's not a huge deal, but it looks intentional, and that's messed up.
And security is usually just not able to stop hundreds of people at a time rushing the field, especially if they don't expect it.

it looked really intentional to me. what a dick that guy is. if it wasn't don't you think the guy may have checked to see how the guy he just knocked out was doing. the fans just kept celebrating around the guy like he isn't there.

looked intentional to me, watch the clip a few times, it doesn't look accidental

Well if it was intentional then i say that guy is not very nice. Once again, stop letting fans storm the field and players wont be knocking them the fuck out.

tough to see the fist make contact with the chin, the arm looked like it was a bit too far out in front of the face but if the fan got hurt then he got hit with the fist or an elbow.
maybe the fan was mouthing off, maybe not?
i personally get a little upset when i see people hurting each other like that, for what looked to be a 'no good' reason...

the south (and the mid-west) will rise again. their football games are a testament to that.

I saw the tape on the news. I commend the player's attempt at trying to make it look like it was an accident but he definitely sucker-punched the guy. He got caught, but he certainly would've been great for him if he got away with it. I know I'd be pissed with the guy, especially the way it looks like he was skipping beforehand.
For anyone who saw PTI Monday, I will take Kornheiser's quote out of context "Why is he skipping?!?!? He's a grown man!!!!"
