1) Get blue body paint and a bathing suit and slick your hair back and go as Mystique from X-Men

2) Get a black body outfit and Black overcoat, Sunglasses, slick hair back, Go as Triniti from Matrix

3) Buns in Hair, white robe with LARGE sleeves, Princess Leia from Straw Wars:A new Hope

4) Oriental Outfit, Fake Samurai sword, go as someone from Crouching tiger-Hidden Dragon

5)OR....you can get a Blue T-shirt, Tan Slacks, and put holes in the back of the T-shirt with little fake blood stains and go as the Grounds keeper in Boston who got stomped on by Jeff Nelson.

Here you go, quick, cheap and easy:

1)Cut up some newsprint into the shape of large, make that huge, parts of marijuana leaves. NOT the whole leaf (with the classic 5 fronds or whatever they're called).
2) Paint with green tempera paint. Mix the green with some yellow to get different shades.
3) when dry, glue to a t-shirt and go as a bong hit!

Cool, huh?
Worked for me one year.
