has anyone tried the $41 burger

Last year when R&F were still in NY, Fez took some people to the old homestead for Japanese Kobi, beef hamburgers.

was wondering if this lived up to the hype.

no burger is worth $41. i've had really good burgers and they were no where near that price...not even with fries and a coke on the side.

i believe its spelled Kobe, like it'll bend you over a chair and make you kiss it after its done.

one of the ny papers did a story on the burger at about the same time fez was talking about it. they didnt like it. they did mention peter luger's had a better one for $5.95, but only during lunch time.

I ate at the Old Homestead and had to try the burger. My advice, get the sirloin. Kobe beef doesn't belong in a burger.
