I think the best TV show to see high is "ALF" The show is not only freaky as hell and have the coolest talking furball but when your high.........oh man!

The 13th apostle was black?

I think South Park is without a doubt the best show to watch high. The Towely episode had me rolling on the floor laughing. Then again I never saw Alf, (except for the not so great cartoon) so I may be wrong.

Any PBS kids show like Sesame Street, Teletubbies and Barney

And if you catch Conan O'Brien during the right skit while high, he'll blow your mind. He's definitely a show for stoners. Talking chairs, talking walls, talking mops with fake mustaches. Conan rules.
