View Full Version : Excited about these new Comedy Central shows?

I'm not. They look HORRIBLE! I mean, I'll check them out just because they'll be replayed a MILLION times, but they look TERRIBLE.
Knee High P.I. is probably a long string of midget jokes. I have little hope for it.
This Kid Notorious I'm not too excited about even though they dropped "The Godfather's" name in the commercial. Maybe it's too early to pass any judgement on that one because we haven't even seen clips or pics of it yet.
And I forget the name of the 3rd one, but it's some guy who is told he is filming a movie but it's all a joke. I'm not sure who though of this idea 1st, but The Joe Shmoe show was either ripped off or ripped off these guys.
All of these shows or movies or whatever the fuck they are sound weak.
I feel bad too because this is EXACTLY what I wanted and called for on this very board months ago. I wanted new shows and for Comedy Central to stop replaying crap I've seen too much and develop new things, but they look HORRIBLE.
I'll check them out, but I already feel the 'Try Again" battlecry starting in my heart. Too bad man.
How about more comedy specials with GOOD comics?

Knee High P.I. is probably a one joke comedy, but I'll laugh for that one joke and then switch the channel. Midget jokes are always funny.

Reno 911 blows too.I still love South Park though. I laugh at that no matter how many hundreds of times they replay it.

Is it too much to ask for another season of Chappelle Show??

I love "Reno 911". I guess I'm on my own with that.
I thought the midget and "fake guy in a fake movie" thing are both made-for-TV movies.
"Kid Notorious", if it's half as good as "The Kid Stays In The Picture", will rule impossibly hard. Robert Evans is old skool Hollywood GOLD.

I like Reno 911. Only problem is once I watch the newest episode, I usually don't want to watch it in the reruns. It's not as funny the 2nd time around.

Reno 911 just gets better and better. I'm telling you, the latest episode is easily the funniest and the Raunchiest yet.
Funny as hell, IMHO.

Reno 911 is very funny. I was pleasantly surprised when it premiered.
Has anyone else noticed that Comedy Central is turning into Midget Central? The original Man Show knew how and when to use midgets to my comic amusement, but this God-awful new Man Show and Knee-high PI just run the joke too far.

I can't believe how the last "Reno 911" ended.
