i cant think of anything to take to work for lunch.

for the past years its just pretty much, ramen, pop-tarts, and instant oatmeal.

Usually though during works its just 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and thats it.

And then there is the occasional left over.

I need.....i guess want, it to be cheap.

I have a microwave, microwave oven, and a SMALL barely working fridge.

Im for some reason against lunch meat sandwiches. I like hot.....meat. I dunno why but i dont think i could do cold.

and i am really lazy so i wouldnt make anything in the morning.

and there is a place to store dry foods or goods.

Well, Dude! is wrong as usual. Air fries are the name a local healthy fast food chain (EVOS) uses. As I understand it, they bake the fries until about half done, and then put them in a forced air convection oven for extra crispy deliciousness. Either way, they are very low fat and quite tasty.

here's my chili recipe

15 baby carrots - diced
1 onion - diced
4 cloves garlic - pressed
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 lager (i used bud light)
1 package hard times texas chili mix
pinch of mexican oregano
1 lb ground turkey
1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
10 pickled jalapeno slices chopped up
a few shakes of franks hot sauce

in dutch oven cook the carrots and onion until softened
add the garlic - cook for 30 seconds or so
add the beer and tomatoes
add the spice mix and oregano and hot sauce
add the corn and jalaps

in skillet cook the turkey - break it up as much as possible
add that to dutch oven
let cook for 30 minutes or so - then add beans and turn off the stove

hard times chili is a local thing here in dc - their chili mixes are really good - there's one called 2 alarm that is good too
