I was at the park today and observed people flying their kites in the air. Some of the kites where HUGE. Others were different. One was the shape of a person's feet and it looked like it was swimming in the air. Another was half a person which made it look like someone was waving upside down in the sky.

It got me to thinking of my childhood when my friends and I would attempt to make and fly our own kites. Or better yet CRASH our kites.

Does anyone remember when BURGER KING used to give out kite kits back in the day and attempted to fly them around? I don't know how many times we tried to fly our kites by running fast to get that damn thing in the air.

Anyone here fly kites or make their own kites to fly? Some people make the act of flying kites look so easy but it takes alot of skill to do.

AND how many here, when they were younger, tied a key to the end of the string to RE-Create the Benjamin Franklin experience?

Think HAPPY thoughts. Welcome EVERYONE! Ron and Fez love you..............No this is not a cult.
