Best PS2 Game

In your opinion, what is the best PS2 game? I'm just curious.

And since it's <B>BEST</B>, only pick one.

For me, it's Kingdom Hearts. Beautiful art, great story, amazing character design, great play control and great cameras. I think my only fault with the game is that the extra bosses are so damn hard that I couldn't beat all of them.

For me it is Grand Theft Auto 3. I would have said Metal Gear but I didn't like the fact that I had be Raiden for half of the game.

The last WWE game. No question. What is it called? Shut You Mouth? Smackdown? I don't know. I don't own a PS2. But it's the only game I care to play when I am around one.

I agree with everything Hoojibs said. MGS2 would be my favorite if I played with snake the whole time.

So, GTA3 is my favorite.

I'm with Moe. I own a lot of PS2 games but Smackdown Shut Your Mouth is the only one I can play over and over again.

Kingdom Hearts is an amazing game, but role-playing fantasy games drive me crazy. If you take too much time away from the game you forget what the fuck you're doing and give up on it.

I really love building character games, something that role-playing games lack. I know as you go on in role-playing games your character becomes stronger and more weapons and shit like that...but the story lines are developed for that. Basically you really don't develop the character, you simply move along the storyline. Whereas like a wrestling game or a boxing game (although they never really got a boxing game correctly since Nintendos King of the Ring), where basically it's the way you play and the choices you make that will develop your character and the storyline goes with your process.

I have to go with Dynasty Warriors 3...the game is insane with all new weapons and items and what not. Including the chance to use the almighty Lu Bu!!

I don't have a whole lot of PS2 cames, but of them the best game I've played is GTA: Vice City.

I hear that. That's what happened to me with Parasite Eve, Final Fantasy 7, Final Fantasy 8 and some other shitty PS1 games. I get annoyed with the LONG story, put the game down for a month, and then I'm screwed when I pick it back up.

With Shut your Mouth, I can just play. Todd EVF and GrimSanity made a Kick Ass DEATH METAL MOE character, so when I chill with them I just pick him and fight right away. Fuckin' thing looks just like me.
