Walk In Vs. Drive Through

Being that I hardly ever eat fast food brings me to create this thread based on a recent stop at "Wendy's". I stopped eating fast food about 5 years ago yet before that it was a staple in my diet. I was never happy with the drive through because my order would always get messed up so I spent most of my visits walking into the various eateries. The difference between the waiting time inside opposed to the drive through is completely off kilter. The drive through is given precedence and by going inside your waiting time will be at the very least doubled. Has anyone ever took notice to this massive bias? What always really bothered me was that I felt I should have been somehow rewarded for actually getting out of the car and not being a lazy bastard about the process.

Yea. I've noticed that too but I fixed that problem. When I go into, say. Mc Donald's and I see that the drive thru is getting priority, I usually call for the mamager and ask him why this is happening. If this doesn't solve the problem, just start screaming in a make believe language and Dr0p your pants and start mashing your monkey. I get the attention and service that I need and I'm out of there in no time at all!!!

I would have much rathered more posts regarding the thread title because I have the simple, kinda dullish answer.

In most fast food places there is a STRICT time quota for the drive through while the walk in section has no time goal guidlines.
