WWE is coming to Madison Square Garden this weekend. I thought about going to this event at one time, but I later decided against it. The original card looked like this-

Angle-Brock-Taker-Show
Guerrero-Benoit
Rey-Ultimo Dragon

Not a bad trio of matches if you ask me. Enought to almost make me regret not going. Oh, but fear not my fellow smarks. WWE just announced the new and improved lineup.-

Angle-Brock in a cage (I admit that this match is much better than the 4- way.)

Taker & Benoit-Big Show & A-Train

Dragon filling in for Billy Gunn and teaming with Jamie Noble. Does it matter against who?

No longer is there a mention of Guerrero or Rey. I would've loved to see a Benoit-Eddie match or a Rey-Dragon match. But they sabotaged those potential classics. But I'm sure the damn McMahons will still have thier "Special Appearances". Thank God I did not get tickets for this event.

When will they get it?

Chances are they will put Los Guerreos and SPWGTT together in a match for the tag belts. That would be a great match. Rey Rey-Tajiri or Billy Kidman or something like that.

Doubtful. Shelton Benjamin is sitting out all shows this weekend. Haas will be wrestling singles matches.

The various reasons house shows are down:

1. Talent is spread too thin
2. Matches between rivals aren't "unique" or "special"
3. The company tries doing more with less.
4. House shows (as of recent) are a dime a dozen--just like pay per views.
5. House shows are "below the food chain".

"It matters not how straight the gate,
How charge with punishments the scroll
I am the master of my fate the
captain of my soul."

I used to be a bigger fan but would rather spend PPV money on K-1, UFC or Pride. Head to head WWE doesn't stand a chance angainst real fighting. If it ever got on regular T.V, Look Out!

I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything, I wasn't there and if I was there I was asleep.
