the WWE would probably want him to lose the mask gimmick, but thats who he is, along with the acrobatics. I believe the reason why they put him on velocity is because there aren't many cruiserweight matches anymore, well, they bump those matches to Velocity. Which i must say, is better than RAW

1. He's a cruizerweight. Vince is homo for big guys. Strike one.

2. He's not-white, and worse yet, he's Asian. Name me one Asian wrestler / worker that the WWE has employed in the last fifteen years that wasn't put in some sort of demeaning if not borderline racist angle or gimmick. Here's a hint - there isn't one.

3. Vince doesn't like his "style". I won't go on a tirade about how awful the WWE Style is, because that's irrelevant; the fact is that Vince hired this guy withoug being the least bit familiar with his work. And Vince is a genius, right?

First off that "cheesy mask getup" is respected LITERALLY all over the world. Second: Not everyone is a fan of the WWE style of punching and kicking. I'd prefer to see someone flipping around like an acrobat rather than trying to entertain me for 15 minutes of punching and kicking. It's different from what I get every week and its the variety that keeps the product fresh. And truth be told: The WWE style isn't wrestling. Once you get past Kurt Angle the top stars in the WWE don't actually wrestle. A hell of a lot of people are bored with Vince's same old same old which is why he's losing so much money. He's the only truly visible game in town which is why he's not losing more than he is. Some of us have fled jumped ship to japanese wrestling because at least there you can find something new. Also it's no secret that Vince hates cruiserweights which is why instead of booking them in matches against other cruiserweights he books them in squashes against the men he truly loves. All the overly big useless talentless slobs like his future son in law who aren't talented enough to carry a suitcase let alone carry a match have criuserweights fed to them in the hopes that they will look better to the public than they actually are.

It's true.

The WWE style is basically punch, kick, punch, spot, punch, spot, kick, spot, set-up spot, finisher. Half of the wrestlers using that style have the EXACT same moveset - or have you not noticed that 39 different people use the spinebuster there?
