JR is a shell of his former self, as is Lawler (who once upon a time was a pretty good heel announcer rather than just a perverted old man shouting for "puppies" every other minute).

I'm no big fan of the Cole / Tazz team, but they're better at this point.

sleepyeyed_Jynx got it. If they're off the show, so am I. They're one of the few things I like about RAW. As is, I wateched like 40 minutes combined of RAW yesterday. It was fairly lame.

Those two are an institution. I am used to them. I like JR's "excited" voice. I like Lawler even when he's just calling a match. They have more experience, and I am used to them.

If they were to retire, that would be different. But if I'm made to listen to ANY of the other fuckers for even one show, I will instantly lose interest. I can feel it.
