so I guess the suspense is over with... I went to court and well yeha it sucked very much so...
The first time I had to go to court my lawyer did not show up soooo... a week b4 the court I had the lawyer send a leter to the judge saying that I don't want him to represent me no more cause I'm a broke mofo. I get a phone call 2 days later from my lawyer saying that the judge denied him... so I headed on over to the court to go talk to the judge so I can get him off and get a public defender.. she said
"no, he's a very respected lawyer and for this type of case you will need him"
THE FUCK DIDN'T SHOW UP THE FIRST TIME!!!! HOW RESPECTFUL IS THAT??!!?!?!
so yeah... I couldn't apply for the public defender.
I go to court and the lawyer is there wish was great and well the judge gave me a conditional discharge with a year's probation, 2 weeks suspended liscence (under new Jersey law any paraphanelia charge automatic liscence suspension) & $830
so yeah... no smokin for Kimy for a year

Sorry to hear that bro. It makes no sense to suspend your license since you weren't driving, but that's Jersey law. You're lucky to get off with 2 weeks license suspension. I got 1 year. Good luck!









You might be interested to know that a medical marijuana bill might be introduced in NJ. It's a step in the right direction though it doesn't help us now.
