So, I bought this Dale Ernheart JR shirt...

OK, at the Karavis show with Crankcase I thought it would be funny to wear a mullet wig (it totally bombed). I went all out and tore up some jeans, shaved my beard, and bought a Dale Ernheart JR t-shirt. So now, everytime I wear it I get someone asking me if I like NASCAR. What the fuck? I wear Yankee shirts, concert shirts, Ron and Fez shirts, and not once do I get someone asking me if I like these things. But the second I go out with a Dale Ernheart JR shirt I get a comment about it. I've worn the shirt about 5 times since the Karavis thing and EVERYTIME I had someone asking me if I watch NASCAR!

What do I tell these people? I dont want to say, "Oh I just bought it as a goof." cause then I'm openly mocking a stranger to his face. I also cant say, "Yeah I watch NASCAR." cause what if they want to start talking about it. I have no clue, besides what are they going to say, "Ya, see the 437th lap, yeah that was amazin'"?

I just found this very odd and wanted to share this with you peeps. What do you think I should say? Basicly I just say, "No, sorry this shirt was given to me from someone who thought I liked NASCAR." lol.
