That kid NEVEr gave a 100% solid performance. He'd be on one game and then way off for like two weeks. I think they gave him enough time to try to prove himself in the big leagues.

Yea Moe, all I remember out of this kid that was good was a Met game and a Red Sox game. I was thinking maybe is he attacks every game as a big one, he might be ok, but he just plain sucked anyway

Exactly Johnee. No consistency. Not like a Rocket or Boomer that you can depend on more. Everyone has a few bad games, but over the season you start to shine. This kid was always struggling.

And I was personally rooting for the kid because he was what the Yankees needed: Young pitchers. But now maybe they can stop worrying about him and get someone who is worth working with.

Man. I turn on CBS tonight and see Weaver is back! The announcers said due to an injury he was needed. Then I watched him pitch horribly once again. The Boston fans chanted his name and I was right there with them.

He stinks.
