I think that they screwed themselves over with this now.
First off, when Kane was masked a while back and there were times when he would be unmasked on camera and the camera never showed his face, other wrestlers would say that he had hideous scars.
Kane loses the title match and must unmask himself. When he does, he is called grotesque.
In the JR interview, they point out that Kane does not have any scars on his face at all, to which we find out that it's all a psychological thing to Kane.
Now Kane has been legitamately burned in fire. What are they going to make him look like?
If you ask me, he was fine as a deranged pyromanic psychopath who was bent on destroying others, doing things his way, and making them, "feel his pain" which could have turned into Kane's signature line had they thought of it earlier.
The plot has too many holes. I just pray to God that they don't screw it up. Who knows, it could have all just been a bad dream. And where the hell was security after Jerry Lawler cried for it so many times. I guess it was okay that Shane didn't get burned and that only the "bad guy" did.
